Eime for Walk & Talk in Ponta Delgada, Azores

Daniel Eime is a street artist from Portugal, known for the deconstruction of realistic portraits using the black and white palette combined with abstract bright lines that generate the image. The mural is composed by the shades and the lights that create the enigmatic gaze revealing the connection with the scenography that his part of his education. Starting from stickers and posters he gets to detailed stencils that are the media to present the objectivity of the world through his eyes. In Rua 6 de Junho, Ponta Delgada, Eime leaves his mark with a very expressive portrait focusing on the bottom part of the face. His technique enhances the wrinkles of the jowl and the neck communicating a powerful image. It’s a mural that talks about a story behind the figure capturing the essence of the subject.
